As a writing coach, I am dedicated to empowering authors to find and use
their voice through storytelling. As collaborators we will take your idea and

Legacy Memoirs
You can be 8 or 80. If you have the desire to share your story, leave it to
me to bring out the best as we explore your past and present adventures.
Ghostwriter
Sometimes we have a story to tell and need someone else to write it. I can
do that, too. My proven method of storytelling provides a relaxed, unique,
fun experience.
Writing Groups
Meeting in a supportive group atmosphere encourages and supports other
writers. Be amazed at what you can write with an empowering group of
like-minded writers. If you are interested in participating in or starting a

Whole Brain Facilitation
Understanding HOW we think helps people play better together in the
sandbox. I will help you understand HOW you think, discover new
communication skills, and write for brand recognition, top of mind thinking
and thought leadership.
This is My World and Welcome to It
Stories (and books) often find us at just the right moment. This is one such story. I am incredibly grateful that Diane Klenke from Life Time brought this story to me about a very special group of Moms and their Daughters. And I am humbled that this group of Friends trusted me with their story. I will forever be changed because of these amazing women.
In a place, a world where perfection might rule and scare anyone away, there is a group of Friends and their moms who solidly embrace their place, friendship, and unique abilities at Life Time. If you are fortunate enough to be in their presence, you will be greeted with a smile, a laugh and sometimes a hug.
Diane knows that I love sharing Life Time stories. And I am always happy to tell a story that matters, that aligns with my values of community, kindness, friendship, and fun. A story full of light.
The next day in class, Diane introduced me to Shari, one of the moms and soon I met Jody and Rajitha. I was fortunate to be able to sit and share time with the Friends on two occasions. After the first chat with Shari Brune, Jody Pinney, Rajitha Vasishta, Pooja Vasishta, Paige Brune, Kelly Pinney and Tiffany Prapaisilp I could feel everyone getting more comfortable with talking about their experiences.
What exactly defines an elite athlete? Someone who is willing to give their best effort, someone who consistently shows up and someone who can have a smile on their face as they exercise. Someone who helps build and thrives within that community. Someone like the Friends and their moms at Life Time.
Expect Good. Defy Gravity! Sparkle ON. With a little help from our Friends, we can be elite athletes and accomplish anything!

Every time I travel and explore the world, I know that St. Louis is waiting for me. And every time I fly into my home state and see the Arch, I exhale. Home.
