Meeting at a First Friday sponsored by the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce, Arrah and I became fast friends and colleagues. I always love talking with Arrah. Listen as Arrah and I speak about meditation as a life skill and how we can integrate this into our daily lives in a natural way.


As a meditation consultant and teacher, Arrah teaches people about meditation. She works with individuals, groups, and businesses. She led me through two one-on-one mediations so that I could learn more about how to meditate and to experience how it felt. My sister and I attended one of Arrah’s yoga classes where she incorporates the best kind of meditation. A restorative class, Arrah moves the class through gentle moves while she encourages meditation.


There are no rules about meditation. Meditation helps you with self-awareness and recognizing what you might need in any situation. You never know what the day or meditation will bring to your life.
