Pam and her sister Staci laugh and talk about their history of making mint

patties. Years ago, Staci had a home-made mint patty and Pam asked,

“These are delicious. HOW do we do this?” Tribute to Betty, Staci’s former

mother-in-law who gifted us with the recipe and a sturdy mixer. Over the

years they’ve changed the recipe to make them their own. Each year they

turn out differently and each year they say, “These are the best!” Their first

year took forever, while the sisters tracked Santa and finished after

midnight. Once their kids helped over winter break. They’ve broken many

mixers over the years! Since then, they’ve learned to spend the day together

and have a healthy lunch. Someone has to taste test! Listen as Pam and

Staci share their memories about this very special legacy.
